Hi, I am Duncan
I run Tennessee Web Dev out of Knoxville. I build the websites, do the SEO, run the ad accounts and answer the phone. There is no account manager in between, because there is no one else here.
Most of my clients are local service businesses: trades, clinics, shops, insurance offices. The kind of business where one extra call a week is real money, and where a $3,000 a month agency retainer was never going to make sense.
I went to Tennessee Tech, and outside of work you will usually find me fishing or hiking somewhere in East Tennessee, or at the table for a game of Magic the Gathering.

How I Work
Priced for a local business
Websites from $950, SEO from $700 a month, and the build is free if you commit to a year of SEO. Every price is on the pricing page. Nothing is quoted by mood.
No lock in, with one exception
Ongoing plans end with thirty days notice. The only commitment is the free website deal, and even then you repay only the part of the build you have not worked off.
Built for AI search, not just Google
Answer engine optimization is part of every SEO plan. Getting named inside an AI answer is now a separate job from ranking, and it is included rather than upsold.
