These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tennesseewebdev.com and any services purchased or requested through this site. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Tennessee Web Dev provides website design, local SEO, digital advertising management, and related services to small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given engagement are as described on our Pricing page or as otherwise agreed upon in writing (including email) between us and the client.

Payment

Website design packages are billed as one-time payments. Recurring services (such as SEO and ad management) are billed monthly, starting with a first-month payment; ongoing billing terms are set up after an initial consultation. Prices are as listed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Cancellations

We do not require long-term contracts for our recurring services. Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial months already billed. One-time services (such as website builds) are non-refundable once work has begun, except at our discretion.

No Guaranteed Results

While we work in good faith to improve your website’s visibility, search rankings, and advertising performance, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, or advertising results. Search engines, ad platforms, and market conditions are outside our control and change frequently.

Ownership

Once a website project is paid in full, the client owns the final website content and design created specifically for them. This does not include third-party assets, stock photography, plugins, themes, or tools licensed from other providers, which remain subject to their own license terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, access credentials, and approvals needed to complete a project. Delays caused by a client’s failure to provide these may affect project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennessee Web Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
